Repeat prescriptions
Please fill out the form below to order your repeat prescription. We are required by the RCVS to examine your pet regularly in order to dispense prescription medication safely. In our practice, this is a maximum period of every four months but may vary depending on the condition.
We would appreciate 48 hours’ notice to get your prescription ready. Please contact the surgery prior to coming to collect your prescription to check we can dispense the produce and that we have it in stock.
Please call us in 48hrs to check the medication has been dispensed for you.
If you need medication urgently please call us and we will see if we can help.
On occasions we may ask to see your pet before prescribing.
